Tobias' Room Toby's small room is kept reasonably clean, but for a bit of clutter on the desk and some clothes thrown on the floor. The walls are a burnt orange color, the floor covered in carpet. Upon entering the room, the eye is immediately drawn to his large collection of musical instruments. He has all of the most common instruments, in addition to a wide range of strange and foreign ones, all placed carefully on display throughout the room. The rest of the space is taken up by an area rug, a bookcase, and a desk with a laptop sitting atop it. There is a small dog bed at the foot of his twin-sized bed. Pax's Room To save space, the shared wall of her bathroom and main area has a set of pale wooden shelves resting against it, as well as a hidden Murphey bed. She has a pale gray-green couch across from the cabinets; next to it is a pale wood table with an empty flower vase atop it. Upon the shelves are various books (mostly horror and mystery novels) and modern décor, as well as a collection of DVDs. A light green chair and potted plant, as well as a standing lamp, sit next to the window. The walls are painted spring green with white crown molding. Alice's Room Alice's room matches her wacky personality. She has an unmade bed pushed to one side of the room. Four pet baskets are next to it, usually with a happy critter sleeping in it. Her floors are smooth wood and spotless, unlike the mess of cosmetics on her plain white dresser. On a matching white bedside table you can find a camera, a diary and several pet accessories (a collar, some food, treats and a blanket). Framed pictures of herself and her pets cover the bright yellow walls. A disco ball hangs next to her light and a bright pink laptop sits on the corner of her bed. Leave's Room Hardly fitted for human living standards, the room is, however, just as uncomfortable for a tigress. Yet Leave still feels at home amidst the massive, plush piles of real furs that litter the ground and carpet the tiered steps she has created. Boxes, crates, tiles, planks, and siding that she scavenged and gathered have been arranged, so that three of the four quadrants of her room are on an incline. Different plateaus are at different elevations, and she displays the shiny trinkets she collects in colourful, glittering shrines on some of the more stable platforms. She herself reigns from the throne of her nest, a heap of fur, velvet, silk, and fleece, perched on the highest step, the corner opposite the doorway. Daniel And Ian's Room The Carters' room is almost bare in terms of furniture. There are two single beds - both pushed against a wall - a dresser underneath their single window and a desk beside the door. A picture of Daniel's kitten is pinned to the wall above the cats basket. On the desk next to the door is an old, groaning computer. The walls are white and the flooring is generic carpet. Another door leading to a wardrobe is opposite the beds. Gladstone's Room Dark polished oak panels the floor and walls. The three pieces of furniture - single bed, tall dresser, and writing desk - are likewise dark oak. As the inhabitant of the room is hardly accustomed to using, let alone owning, miscellaneous decorative artefacts, there are few precious keepsakes lying around. He keeps several legal pads, a stack of documents, and a few ballpoint pens on his desk. On top of his dresser, however, and arranged in no particular order on a piece of velvet, are his trophies. Most of the items hold no value, either fiscal or aesthetic, but keep memories of glorious victories, respected comrades in the arena, and peers who died far too early. Mecha's Room Those who have ventured into the basements always pause before entering his living quarters. What actually greets them is the last thing many would suspect. Surprisingly neat, but also somehow barren, there are moving crates stacked against the walls, many yet unpacked. The single bed is freshly made with clean sheets, but conspicuously blanket- and pillow-less. A heavily padlocked suitcase appears to be the only personal affect, standing dead centre in the room, just defying passer-bys to try and unlock it. Come back tomorrow, or in a week, or even a month; his room will be exactly the same. Ever since he took up residence underground, his time has been evenly split between his workbench and the bars down-town. Quinn's Room The dark green, wallpapered walls of Quinn's room are covered in heavily-laden shelves and bookcases. The floor is almost completely covered, save two thin paths: one leading from the door to the bed and another leading from the door to the bathroom. Her bed is always made up impeccably, all the creases smoothed from the dark grey blanket and each pillow fluffed to perfection. It sits beneath the only window, which is typically covered with a simple curtain. The rest of the room is overflowing with what appears to be mostly garbage: old hard drives, outdated newspapers, and more clothes than could be worn in a year.
