bio,So, this is where I type stuff about me yeah?
First of all, I have to say one thing. Why do people even get a facebook? What good has sitting in front of a computer, friending anyone you see once in a while - or Iqbals, complaining about your life, or posting up pictures of you drinking booze, ever going to get you in life? I don't have time for this. I've got parties to crash, saturday detentions to attend to (yes I'm done with high school but apparently they won't let me have my degree till I go to all my detentions), and a band to perform music with. Really, I'm only doing this since Santo is sitting right next to me and won't let me leave the house until I have one, apparently it's "all the rage." I know the only reason he wants me to get one is so that he can stalk me because he's a NO LIFER.
SANTO ON SELENA:
Left the room to get some water, come back, and bam she's gone. So, I have to finish this off for her.
Being related to Selena definitely comes with its pros and cons - cons? there are too many to list. Pros? At least she always has a good story to tell. I don't know, I swear to God that this girl just turns off her brain every night. Anyone that knows her I'm sure will agree with what I'm saying here. Who hasn't gotten that phone call from her asking for a bail? Or my favourite one, where the hell she is. I get it, she's young and reckless, wants to live every minute to its fullest. But come on See, you've got to settle down every once in a while - stay away from the booze, weed, and shrooms.
If anyone finds Selena tonight, please look at her left wrist. It's her address and my phone number tattooed on it - take her home then call me. Thanks.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

She lifted her face to the canopy. Her light hues tried to glow as an attempt to emulate the holes that were pierced through the dark cloth; but she was tired. Weary eyes carried heavy bags, and the spark of happiness that would bring animation to them dimmed away as the lights that decorated the streets did. Where was she supposed to stay now? The girl with tangled brunette strands and a smile that seemed to never fade had run out of options, the glass that always seemed to be full was starting to drip dry; she couldn't take a sip of shelter, a sip of help in a town this small. Everyone in Ailey were thirsting for something, and it would be selfish for her to only care about her parched throat, to tend to it without feeling the eyes of the cups she sipped from. Ella felt guilty whenever she stepped into a comfortable home; the smell of a home cooked meal in the kitchen would cause her salivary glands to work up a sweat, the pleasant conversations that took place on the dinner table as the youngest of the family would talk about their day, and the sight of family albums stacked neatly together as they filled the bottom shelf of a bookcase. All of these little snippets of other families would cause her palms to heat and cause beads of salty moisture, cause her legs to cross over and arms wrap around her as if trying to constrain herself. She didn't belong in any of the homes, she didn't belong in the lifestyle that those family had. The last time she felt security within the tainted walls above the pharmacy was before her mother escaped from the town that trapped her; she tucked the bright eyed girl of five in her bed, brushed her brown strands off of her smooth forehead, and pressed her lips against them. Ella could hear the desperate pleads from her father through the thin walls, she could also hear the slamming of the door; all the while she lay numb, her light hues trying to glow as an attempt to emulate the cheap plastic stars that were luminescent in her room. Her mother was the rare exception, one of the prisoners that escaped the shackles of this town; but her old shackles locked themselves on her dainty ankles, it was as if the town was telling her that now she carry the burden for two. Should I stay in the cemetery or the centre?
A wave of a hand and the charming tone of a commercial tone disturbed the once settled quiet atmosphere of the streets. The voice alone revealed the identity of the figure before he emerged from the dark and allowed the street light's dim glow dance upon his face as he jogged towards her. Corners of her lips grew from ear to ear, her teeth biting onto the bottom of her lip, as he kissed her forehead, his arm now resting her shoulders, "You know how to take a breakfast and make it...GRrreat!" his appearance alone was enough to switch her emotions, the once dull tones that were painted upon her face were revived, and her words alone expressed such joy. In the tightly knit group of friends that they called the six musketeers, Ella found family. The girls were her sisters, Minnie giving her condoms and pills for birth control along with the caring lecture to always be safe to avoid mistakes, while the boys were her brothers that would let her crash at their place wanting to protect her from anything. To Ella, Levi was the one that would probably kill her drunk father if he was given the chance, and it had been like that from the early days, a little feud between Mr. Maiike and the small Levi. Ella could vividly recall the day she met Levi for the first time, it was a Sunday morning and it was the first time she had stepped foot in a Church; she had heard stories of people being saved from their problems, and wanted to be saved from her own. However she was clueless on where to begin, she sat in the pews watching the women next to her as they closed their eyes, her fingers flipping through the book that lay in her hands as she searched for pictures that could describe the words she couldn't read. After the mass, she didn't feel any sense of change wash over her, she didn't see her mother waiting for her outside of the doors; her problems remained, she wasn't saved. Her eyes however did catch sight of a boy around her age, and when she introduced herself to him and he did to her, she latched herself to him, following him for the years that came.
A nervous laugh escaped her, and her shoulders tensed, a nod of her head was all she managed to respond with, and all that she felt she could say. Though she never told him about her father, he knew her as well as the back of his hand - in sober days, well, minutes. "Yeah, let's do that!" Warmth seemed to sweep over her skin as relief engulfed her from within, she wouldn't be alone tonight, was the only thought she needed to make everything seem okay again. Her own arm wrapped around his waist, and her head rested against his shoulder as she walked with him down the street. The once eerie silence of the night now seemed welcoming as she wasn't the only body to wander through it anymore - it was as if its silence was an invitation to cause disruption, an invitation to cause havoc in the town filled with sleeping souls, even the police who seemed to keep a vigilant eye on her slender frame were missing in action. "Smoking isn't sexy at all, Levi" She chuckled, as she brought her head off of the nape of his shoulder, "It really just makes you smell horrible." Ella wrinkled her nose, teasing him with false repulse as a childish smile gleamed at his profile.
Secretly, Ella did believe she was saved that early Sunday.
two,
The cool spring breeze brushed against his California kissed skin, the slight chills of early april soothed his mind and body. A soft smile played amongst his lips as he walked through the park, the greens around him lightening the mood and the playful floral smell peaked his senses. Garrett was never the type of guy to appreciate his surroundings to actually take notice of what was going on around him, but today's walk in the park to meet up with his best man Hoss sparked up a thought. When was the last time he had actually gone outside of the tour area? Sure, there were a lot of neon illuminated nights in whichever city they were performing in but his memory of the times were all faulty, pixelated images and barely audible sounds. Thanks to the intoxicated state he seemed permanently trapped in, he had never taken the time to fully value the benefit of traveling to different cities. Then again his thoughts seemed to be greatly influenced by a certain someone in his life, he found himself even more open minded and happier than he already was, but the way he was dealing with the situation, now that proved to be an awkward task.
Ever since the curly brunette hit puberty, the opposite sex seemed even more perplexing than algebra; and he had failed that class. Garrett couldn't understand why the pretty cheerleaders didn't bend backwards for him, or the smart girls didn't accept his study dates. He knew he wasn't an unattractive guy, they had told him themselves but the words that followed would always be the same, "You're my friend and I don't want to risk our relationship." To which he would reply with a slight pout of his bottom lip and shrug of his shoulders. One time he worried that the way he picked up girls was the problem, so instead of talking to a girl he would just say yes or no and respond with strong body language, the girl questioned if he had something in his eye; apparently there is such a thing as excessive winking.
The amount of attractive women he calls his good friends are all those who had rejected his attempts at charming them into bed with him; sure he had some successes though, like his ex girlfriend who turned into a lesbian, or the one before that who turned out to be an alcoholic, with that kind of relationship history no one would be impressed, Garrett would go to such insane extremes to keep a girlfriend from knowing about his exes, it just wasn't something he was proud of. When Defined Youth began touring across the States, Garrett believed he would finally reach his peak; there would be groupies always there to fulfill whatever the band desired of them, not to mention the other bands touring and the females within them, there would be a whole lot of opportunities opening to him, and with that rock star edge to him he was sure women would be throwing themselves all over him, but that was all the stuff of dreams. Their only groupie is a virgin who loves to dress Garrett up as a fairy princess, and he had become friends with all of the good looking girls on the tour; there was only one girl that seemed to show interest in him and that was Mackenzie, but then she seemed to be opening her legs for anyone and Garrett just wasn't into that kind of girl.
How to Fall Out Tour had brought all sorts of promises to Garrett: the promise of fame, the promise of cash, and the promise of a new beginning especially when he met Hoss and formed a beautiful bromance with the guy. Their whole relationship was practically based upon the only difference between them, the way they were with women. Garrett's good luck with women was only present when they were on the borderline of passing out, whereas Hoss was just able to get any girl strip down for him on the spot. To Garrett's dark brown eyes, the guy was godly, so when Hoss decided to teach him his ways of winning over women Garrett could have sworn he heard angels singing.
However when the guy called him up just as the sun's rays cascaded through the tour bus's blinds, Garrett could have murdered that son of a bitch. After a couple of hours later though, the bush pig was all ready to go to the park and meet up him. With a fresh plain white t-shirt, jeans that reeked of pot, and torn up adidas sneakers, he casually walked down the dirt paths to find Hoss sitting at a wooden table entertaining himself with his phone in his hand.
"Ahh" Stretching the tension out of his joints as he let out a deep sigh before sitting next to his big bro. "Nice day innit Hoss? Just the right temperature, nice smells in the air, pretty ladies in sight." His fingers swam through his sable curls that nestled upon his head, his fingertips rubbing down at his scalp enjoying the relaxing pressure they created. "What's been happening with you my man? I haven't seen you around for a while now."
three,
He could feel the underside of his tongue tense up restricting Garrett from reaching the last drop of beer in the glass. His fingers tapped against the base, feeling the droplets of cool water soften the tips and cause them to slide upon the wet surface. "Damn it." He said to himself, his voice muffled by the glass. As he tried to strain his tongue further he found it hard to believe that the tongue was the strongest single muscle in the human body, it couldn't even reach the last sweet bead of his corona. Usually he wasn't the type of guy to ever rush a beer, it was as if it was his best friend, he could always want to keep it around. Ever since he hit puberty and grew out of the lanky feminine body he was trapped in as a child, him and beer were inseparable. He wouldn't mind the condensation as it build in the palm of his hand, the slight heat that travelled down his throat would warm up his heart, not to mention, the times he shared with beer were the best moments of his life. Garrett and beer had a beautiful bromance, so when Edie invited him over for some more she had just defrosted, he just couldn't turn down the offer.
After what had seemed like thirty minutes, but in reality was only a couple of seconds, the last speck of beer seemed to dance upon his tongue. A smile played upon his lips as he felt a sense of achievement wash over him. 'Beers done! Now to get some pants.' His fingers sung with pride as he sent a message to Edie. Although he had accomplished his first mission which was finishing off the beer, he felt as if the next one would be the worst he would have to face. Despite having a crew that consisted of some of the greatest people Garrett had ever met, none of them could complete the task of ensuring that the tour bus was clean, especially since most of the members were pigs and were pretty much oblivious to the fact that their van could be used to define 'sty'. His dark brown orbs scanned the perimeter first hoping that they would stop at some almost clean jeans. None in sight. Creases formed upon his forehead as his eyebrows furrowed, his palms pushed against the desk causing him to spin around in the chair, feet brushing against the ground expecting some denim or board shorts to greet the soles. Still nothing. The familiar beeping called Garrett's attention back to his laptop's screen. 'Just come over without, no one will notice, I'll keep watch for you and everything.' He read the message Edie had just sent him, and took it into consideration. With a shrug of his shoulders and the animation of his lips pushing softly upon one another he typed back a reply. 'Alright then, get outside i'll see you at your tour bus in a few.'
It was a deed that most guys wouldn't act upon for numerous reasons: one, they wouldn't want to embarrass themselves in front of a large group of bands and their countless groupies. Two, they would have to wear those boxers in front of a girl for the rest of the night. And three, well, really there were only two reasons that Garrett could think of but with those two he had thought of counter arguments to them. For the first reason, he was sure that practically everyone had already seen the brunette guitarist stark naked from one of his drunk/high streaking moments. For the second reason, Edie wasn't really a girl she was butch (in Garrett's words at least). Plus, his reward for completing such a move would be a defrosted beer and watching Edie try and fit herself into a microwave. His night couldn't get any better than that. Pushing the tour bus's door open wearing nothing but his black cotton boxers, Garrett was ready to embark upon his journey.
At first no one seemed to notice Garrett as he made his way through the lot. Perhaps it was due to how casually he walked, his relaxed shoulders created loose movements with his arms, back straightened showing no awkwardness or nervousness despite the situation. He passed by busy bodies all of them seeming to have their mind focused on what they had to do now rather than what was happening around them. As the Shaving Marathon's van came into his sight he was sure his whole stunt had been ignored, well it would have hadn't it been for the blinding flash of two young prepubescent girls and their high shrills. "Oh my God! Oh my God! Where are his clothes?!" Her words were so slurred it could have been a whole other language in Garrett's ears. The other girl's fingers seemed as if it were having an epileptic attack as it constantly hit the capture button on her camera; the flashes could have sent Garrett into his own. As his pupils resembled the size of a freckle, he tried his best to search for the girl who had told him she would look out for him.
"For fugs sake Edie! Where the fudge are you?!" He yelled, hoping that wherever she was she would come to his fugging rescue. Every night he seemed to play the role of the damsel in distress, and some one else would have to be his fugging knight.
