This is more for my own benefit than anyone else's. Just an easy way for me to keep track of each character's friends, foes, and fugs.
GLADSTONE
acquaintances none at the moment
enemies none at the moment
friends Josse King - Half of what you say is genius; the other half is insolent noise. Granted, though, one could do far worse than fifty-fifty. Most people fail to achieve coherency, let alone posit answers to life's greater questions. Pax Ricci - You don't think Silence of the Lambs is better than Hannibal? Foster brings a darker, more intense edge to the Starling role. You could audition for the part. I kid, of course. Torque
MICAH DEAN

friends Reese Statford - Kahaha. You're funny cause you lost your puppy. -snerk- Quinn Cavanagh - Hands off my shit, woman. Or I'll take my screwdriver to that four-cylinder bike you pass off as a motorcycle.
HUNTER LEAVE
acquaintances none at the moment
enemies Abn-Saud
friends Celesta Schwarzenblatt - Celessssta. Nyaha! Your name's kinda fun to say, y'know. Lessssta. Lestalestalestalesta. Celesssssssta. -kekeke- Daniel Carter - Wanna play tag, pup? -grins- I'll play nice, promise. I always play nice. Say hi to your dad for me, ne? Quinn Cavanagh - Neh, you dun know any fun games. Bet'cha it's 'cause you're a shrew. I'll have to teach you some! Ira Schuyler

matteo & gladstone
Hey Tetris! So I have two characters here for you, so hope you don't mind reading (what I anticipate to be) a long post! Being both male lions, the two of them will definitely clash. Though Gladstone is very different from him, Matteo will view him as some sort of competition - if the two ever get a chance to talk, I'm assuming that it'll most likely end with rage boiling up beneath Matteo's skin. matteo & celesta In the group thread, the two of them get along together just fine, perhaps they could even grow to be friends? By reading her character application, perhaps in a way I can see Celesta sort of changing Matteo into a much more powerful being - sort of helping him to grow in a way that's to her liking. The two will probably not progress further than being close friends - though Matteo will flirt with her every now and then, and though she is actually younger than him, I don't think there will be any feelings of that sort between them. matteo & mecha I'm not too sure about these two, I don't think they'll have chances to interact since Mecha isn't too fond of people. selena & gladstone For some reason, I feel as if the two of them could get along. Though he is a jerk, and Selena's short temper would usually cause her to punch a jerk - the fact that his intelligence and overall personality is so intriguing would definitely settle her down. She'd love to talk to him, just because in a way, she'd want him to teach him what he feels about the world. Then again it could be a one sided thing since Gladstone could always push her away and be like no. :9 selena & celesta Definitely enemies. I don't think the two would even stand being in the same room together :9 selena & mecha Mecha is a really interesting character I must say - well all of your characters are! The two would probably first meet each other if Selena goes on one of her mini adventures - or she's just blown out of her mind. Either way, I don't think she'd be setting a great first impression. He could probably try and shoo her off or something, but then she'd be fixated by all the machines and compliment whoever made them - Since Mecha loves his ego stroked, I'm sure the two could strike up a conversation about it since her father is an engineer. What do you think about all of the plots? [/blockquote][/blockquote]

@ FRAZLE: I'd probably have to see Eliza in action first. It's a little hard to tell how Celesta would react to any girl. She tends not to like them much. ;p
@ MUTIARA:
matteo & gladstone Yep, I think they'd clash really well! Gladstone would probably sees Matteo as an insolent pup.
matteo & celesta I was actually hoping that Matteo would fill in as a brother-figure to Celesta. Sort of like Nathaniel, except that she'd see him as a younger brother. She still misses Nathan, and sees many of the same headstrong, playboy qualities. But I agree that romance is unlikely. Celesta is interested in older men - at least five to eight years older. ;p
matteo & mecha And I don't see Matteo lurking in the basements.
selena & gladstone Well, he's not really a jerk at heart. He's a jerk towards authority, but not towards normal people. I think they would get along, and maybe Selena's carefree, adventurous spirit could cheer him up a little.
selena & celesta So true.
selena & mecha I think they could talk, but Mecha scarcely knows how to talk to girls. Aside from his mum, he's never really met any. Haha, but yeah, it might work out!

Ok, I have an idea... Celesta doesn't like girls, right? But let's say Britta really likes her for some reason... I'll come up with a reasonable justification, and anyways, she comes on strongly to her... 'twould be funny to see how she reacts.

Actually, yeah, that might be amusing. ;p Celesta would be pretty pissed though... -pokes- You should bring in Schuyler!

hehe ok. well it doesn't really matter anymore, considering i deleted herr.
what about Honor and Celesta? honor doesn't really like her, but she still tries to be nice and they sort of clash, so otherwise they could be like enemies? not dead enemies, but not friends?

Haha, I think we should probably try and settle on enemies at this point... ;p
From what I can understand of Honor, she's sort of like Jasmine and Selena in that she has the whole "party animal, sassy, fierce, cute (I'm interpreting that to mean girly), independent girl who stands up for herself" thing going on. Basically, your average adolescent female born and raised in a democratic, super-liberal country like the US.
Translation, Celesta doesn't get along with that sort of girl. She's always lived in the sort of lifestyle that emphasises male superiority, and she definitely buys into it.

Haha poor Celesta.
Well, pretty much right haha. Except by cute, I mean like open or.. shes like really adventurous. She's not a complete tomboy, but she usually would rather hang out with guys and play in mud and stuff? She's like a wild child haha. But yes, enemies it is?

Poor Celesta?
Well, I don't want to set them up as die-cast enemies. I really prefer to let characters interact and watch it play out, rather than establish a relationship and feel obliged to stick to it.

That all sounds great! If you're ever interested in playing our characters out just let me know and we can do a one on one thread!

I feel as if Josse and Gladstone would... well, the words aren't "get along" but they are akin to "tolerate each other". Seeing as they are both intellectuals with little love of the human race as a whole, they should be able to see eye-to-eye on some issues, and completely disagree on others. Sounds like the makings of a "friendship", no? Something where they don't associate themselves as friends, but in all senses they are. As for the others, I would have to read over them again. I don't have time this morning (I have class in an hour and must leave soon) but maybe you could look over his profile, and determine something from there? I look forward to writing with you in the future! ~Wren

@ WREN
That sounds great. I think Gladstone would definitely respect Josse for his intelligence and misanthropy, if not his sense of humour. He actually tends to prefer intellectuals to gladiators, because he's always admired thinkers more than fighters. Unfortunate circumstances forced him into the latter role...
As for the others, I think Celesta probably would be quick to befriend Josse. It's his scholarly quality, however, which stops her from seeing him in a romantic light. Brilliant as the man may be, she considers it a right waste for someone to pursue a vocation in literature. On the off chance that Mecha somehow meets Josse, it's unlikely they'd hit it off. Mecha communicates through grunts, and the occasional physical assault if he really wants to make a point. He has a brain for science and engineering, but the subtle nuances of prose/poetry/drama/any art form escape him entirely.
On the off-chance that I accumulate sufficient Karma Points to add additional characters (because I don't like logging in and out just to roleplay as different characters), I might add Enrico, a rather fatalistic philosopher-scholar-bum, who I could see getting along well with Josse. I'd have to come up with a suitable shift for Nico first, though. ;p

jasmine & celesta Okay, so right off the bat, there is pretty much no way whatsoever these two could get along. Jasmine is (obviously) a woman and a very girly one at that, not to mention that she comes off as totally overconfident and is quite the diva, and it doesn't seem like Celesta would approve of any of those things. Therefore, I'm guessing they'd probably be enemies, unless you have any other ideas? :]
(I will think of something for the others as well, but right now, my brain is fried.)

Long-wei could be romantically involved with Celesta. We could try that and see how it goes.

Fair enough. It's worth a try, though I warn you that she'd consider him too young for her standards. He's only 22, right?
